YMCA
The Monett Area YMCA is a 62,000 square foot facility with an indoor aquatic center, gym, wellness equipment area, group exercise rooms, child watch area, and much more! They are located next to the South Park at 115 South Lincoln Ave.

Golf in Monett
Monett is home to the Windmill Ridge Golf Course located next to the Monett South Park and YMCA. The golf course was built in 1940 and is open year round. It features 18 holes on a well kept course, brand new club house, and cart pass. For more information you can click on the link below that will direct you to The City of Monett's page.
Baseball/Softball
Monett is home to the "Monett Youth Baseball/Softball League" MYBSL. Monett also has baseball and softball through the Monett R-1 School District.
Monett Football/Cheerleading
Looking to get your kids active in football or cheerleading? Monett has youth Football Teams & Cheerleading squads comprised of kids from Monett from grades 3rd 4th 5th & 6th (not affiliated with Monett Schools). Soccer Complex located at Monett South Park
Eisenhower Soccer Fields - There are two locations on Eisenhower Street with soccer fields. One is located by the new water treatment plant and it's address is 1140 N. Eisenhower Street. The other is across from the waste water treatment facility, and it's address is 129 S. Eisenhower Street. These soccer fields don't have actual addresses, so this is just an approximation of their location.

The Monett Water Thrashers
Monett is home to the Monett Water Thrashers. There are two pools located in Monett, one indoor and one outdoor. The indoor pool is located at the Monett YMCA and is open year round. The outdoor pool is located at Monett South Park and is only open the months of June and July. For more information you can visit the YMCA website or you can call them at 417.235.8213.
Disc Golf
Monett's South Park has installed a 9 hole disc-golf feature. This stemmed from a collaboration between the city, the YMCA and the Healthy Schools/Healthy Communities Initiative through Cox Monett Hospital, funded by the Missouri Foundation for Health. The course has proven quite popular, and will eventually be upgraded to 18 holes.
Hiking and Biking in Monett
The Greenway Trails is a beautiful 9.7 mile hiking and biking trail through the City of Monett and the South Park.
In addition, if you're more of a biker who likes to do tricks on your two-wheeled machine, there is a half-pipe ramp available at Monett's North Park complex.
